I started my career in the customer service area, where I developed key skills in customer service and satisfaction. Later, I moved into the collections area, which allowed me to acquire a deep understanding of financial management and the importance of efficient processes.

My career continued in the QA department, where I perfected my analytical and evaluation skills, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the work. This set of experiences led me to assume the role of Recruitment Administrator, where I discovered my passion for connecting talent with opportunities.

Currently, I work as a Recruitment Coordinator, leading strategic processes to attract the best professionals and contribute to the growth of the organization. Each step along this path has strengthened my skills and my commitment to excellence in recruitment and talent management.
