I am a career English professor with a rich background in education, with over 10 years of experience in both in-person and online teaching environments. My career includes roles as a Professor of English and Social Studies and Senior Consultant in online ESL teaching, as well as curriculum development and teacher training. Additionally, I have experience in the real estate industry and as a research assistant in biochemistry, underscoring my diverse skill set and adaptability.

During my Master's program, I engaged deeply with various educational theories and practical strategies that form the foundation of effective teaching. Key studies included exploring the dynamics of a Community of Learners, the pivotal role of character development in education, and the nuances of Contemporary Educational Thought. My coursework was particularly focused on the pedagogy relevant to English Language Learners (ELLs), encompassing Strategies and Materials for ELLs, the intersection of Language and Culture in the Classroom, the process of Language Acquisition, and techniques for Assessing English Language Learners.

The culmination of my studies was an innovative field research project where I developed a comprehensive system for teaching pronunciation to ELLs. This system was designed to address common linguistic challenges faced by learners and to enhance their communicative competence in English, which is vital for their academic success and integration into English-speaking environments.
