Responsibilities:
1. Responsible of timely and accurate processing of purchase requisitions, according to operational Procurement processes, backups and documentation attached, coordinating with the requesting teams to support each transaction and performing controls to give follow up to issues and escalated cases, ensuring its completion and to improving the process.
2. Finally, as part of the transition, I was in the "hypercare controls team", where I had to audit the process performed by the new team, giving feedback if any discrepancies were found.

Responsible for processing accounts payable invoices using control to follow up pending expenses, review of creditor information, verify of proper authorizations, preparation of reconciliations and handle of month-end and annual closing activities for accounts payable working closed to the teams.

Achievements:
1. During my management, I aligned creditors which led me to standardize processes and think on future scenarios.
2. I made more efficient the process to do the final month-end report and improved the quality of the information presented, with a robust database.
