Experiencia

As an HR assistant my responsibilities were. Support the sourcing process that includes posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, use of social networks, filtering of CVs, and contact with candidates. Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills. Provide full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviews, technical exams, presentation, and closing of candidates. Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Carry out negotiations with the candidates and start the hiring process. Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process. Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs. Utilize analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes. Display resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Participated in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company, recruitment practices and technologies.
