Carry out negotiations with the candidates and start the hiring process. Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process. Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs. Utilize analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes. Display resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
