• Leading the USA, Poland, Mexico and LATAM, IT technology and upper level management for the clients: HPE, Procter and Gamble and Ericsson.
• Lead the new IT hub development for the company, hiring over 35 positions with a 60 day SLA in specific IT needs such as: Azure Cloud AWS SAP Basis Hanna S4/S3, DeVOps, Android, IOS application developers, Script Languages and Automation tools like Jira GitHub PEGA, etc
• Technical assesments in telecommunications skills tested in interviews such as 4G, 5G call flow PCG, Integration Engineers, Solution Cloud Architechs, Network Engineers.
• Lead the weekly update meetings with Talent Acquisition team, Managers, Human Resources for progress, sharing documentation with updated numbers of candidates, in different stages, such as pipelines, hires, offer stages, technical and behavioral interviews, etc.
• Offer extension process for each candidate in differente countries including relocations needs from the company lawyers.
• Regular control updates on the process, and constantly managing the information flow between candidates and the hiring organization.
• Stakeholder Management for forecast planning, future hiring needs, and budgeting distribution.
• Head Hunting and actively searching candidates in external and internal data bases, and LinkedIn Recruiter or others.
• Revise their GitbHub profiles to validate experience.
• In charge of the diversity campaign in technology , assuring the goal on equality for the company.
• Implementations on the daily campaigns, bringing new ideas for talent attraction. End to end recruitment process.
• Weekly meetings with the hiring managers, talent acquisition and global partners for status updates, candidates reviews, etc.
