Experiencia

I have extensive experience in the hospitality and customer service industry, where I have managed restaurants and worked in guest relations. I have coordinated groups at Hotel Fiesta Resort and worked at luxury resorts such as Andaz Peninsula Papagayo, Four Season's Papagayo Resort, Planet Hollywood Resort, and RIU Guanacaste. I also worked as a sailor in Playas del Coco. Currently, I am a customer service agent at ACCLatam and I am studying English Teaching at Universidad Hispanoamericana.

My academic background includes being a student in the Bachelor's program in English Teaching at Universidad Hispanoamericana. Additionally, I hold a Technical Degree in Food and Beverage Service and Preparation from the National Learning Institute (INA), which has equipped me with essential skills in the hospitality industry, complementing my experience in customer service and operational management
