• Create NCR reports and provide support in the management of conformities according to the guidelines and production generalities, depending on the manufacture of products; in addition, collaborate in the initiative to monitor the openings NCR and reduce the creation of the same by 89%, in function to quality system metrics. 

• Develop improvement projects, through the analysis of data based on non-conformity reports; and collaborate in the reduction of non-conformity and the analysis of the Yield whit that data collection with charts and graphs and design a process improvement in the non-conformance that reduce de waste of economical cost and improve the productivity. 

• Bring support in CAPA and SCAR investigations according to DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodology. 

• Change and/or creation of production instructions/manuals for the different product manufacturing areas, by carrying out prior process audits, for quality assurance and apply a good manufacturing practice (BPM). 

• Understand and incorporation to FMEA regulations. Improve knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.

• Coordinate testing activities for NCR, CAPA, SCAR or other non- conformance verification or investigation for process improvement or quality assurance.
