1 year in charge of the trucks repair shop in the company Terconsa, the same a transport company where the role consisted of supplying tools, buying spare parts, creating purchase orders, controlling the mechanics payroll, time control of the trucks inside the workshop and invoice of parts of the trucks. 4 years as a document clerk in the Vention Medical company, which is a subcontractor company in the business of medical devices, my tasks consisted of approving the documents used in the quality and production system (protocols, standards work, bill of materials, etc) through the Master control system, arena with knowledge of the good documentation practices mentioned in the FDA regulations. Support in war room in external audits by clients, FDA and ISO certification. Storage of medical records. Perform of internal audits to improve the business. Support to the company's engineers when they needed to make changes to the production line, in addition to the entry of components to the QAD system. Senior CAD designer (CAD3) on Align technology, performing dental treatments as technician by 7 years, in these 7 years i have managed to be certified in the processes of setup and stage and ddt. Also, I have supported my co-workers on the performing of treatments, and active participating on internal audits of ccmod rate.

Nowdays my job is to investigate the complaints and look up for a root cause and share these results with the staff .
