Isaac Altamirano

I have worked in various places as a sales assistant, mainly during peak seasons, which has allowed me to develop strong customer service skills and offer the best options to clients. I have maintained responsible relationships as an expense manager during a temporary contract at ICE. Currently, I am in my final year of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, seeking to enhance my knowledge with technical courses or advanced degrees. I am looking for an opportunity to gain experience and get hands-on exposure in the real world of finance or accounting.

I have accumulated varied work experience in sales and project management. I began my career as a sales assistant at Viveros La Bonita, working during the high seasons (November-December) from 2016 to 2020, handling the high demand for sales during those periods. Subsequently, I worked as a sales assistant at Baterías HC for a full year (2022-2023), where I acquired additional skills in customer service and sales. More recently, I served as an ICE official on a project-based contract, managing construction tasks and expense management from December 2023 to February 2024.

Regarding his academic background, I completed  high school education at Colegio La Asunción from 2015 to 2019. I then took an English B2 level course at the National University of Costa Rica (UNA) from 2020 to 2022. In 2022-2023, I earned a Banking and Finance Technician degree from the Bilingual Technical Institute (ITB Internacional). I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Economics at Universidad Fidélitas, which he started in May 2021 and expects to complete in April 2024, in addition to having started a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the same university in May 2024. I also completed additional courses in customer service and MIPYMES strategies at the National Learning Institute (INA) in 2023.  I have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level), the ability to work under pressure, time management skills, and is creative and innovative with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
