Acerca de Franklin Castillo:
I have more than 7 years working in contact centers with knowledge in different areas, I just concluded my CCNA V7 studies and I am looking for an opportunity to develop and continue learning my career but at the same time work in a good environment as a customer service representative.
Experiencia
I have been working in customer service for more than 7 years, and in those years I have been working for different companies like Foundever. There, there, I was a customer service representative working with banks as a credit card and credit bureau specialist, so also at Real estate companies with their Property Managers and technicians, scheduling appointments, doing small troubleshooting, and sending the technicians. I also worked at Amazon as a Case Manager in the HR department, so I used to work with Amazon employees and approve their leave of absences or accommodations at work.
I also worked as a Spanish-English Translator, so I worked with government institutions like 911, the Police, the Fire department, Childcare, Hospitals, the DMV, Clinics, 311, and many more.
Another important position was as a Collections Agent for T-Mobile and AT&T, where I used to take payments and provide payment arrangement information to the customers, report stolen phones, request new numbers, restore services, and close accounts.
Educación
I have my high school degree from a technical High School, so I also have a Technical degree as an Executive for Customer Contact Centers
I also recently concluded my CCNA V7 certification with all the modules, and also with a technical degree in IT.
