Experiencia

 

I am a person with the capacity, ability and commitment to take on tasks individual or group challenges under the dynamic of work in the branch of business administration.
I currently work as a Financial Planning Analyst in a Pharmaceutical Industry for Central America and Caribbean. I’m responsible of the Provisioning and Inventory Control, Profit and Loss by SKU, upload of the Business Loss Estimated reports in Bullseye using the Hyperion application, I do reports of slow rotation inventories and process administrative charges.
I worked as a Payment Associate in the Shared Services Center in one of the most recognized Pharmaceutical Companies in the world, offered follow-up, inclusion and creation of payment proposals for doctors in charge of Clinical Research Studies. On the other hand, I provided support to the area of Regulatory Affairs, in the inclusion and creation of medication package inserts, validation and review of state controls in Costa Rica, I created of new regulatory registers as packages of Promotional items in the different products of the pharmaceutical industry.
I worked as a consultant, for a firm of auditors, consultants, legal services, among others. The position was based on offering several services to different clients that fit the profile of each collaborator. In the last 11 months I participated in 3 projects, the first project was for two months for the company P & G, performing the cleaning of GRIR accounts , for the R2R area; the second project lasted 6 months, supporting an internal client of the firm in the area of Accounting, Compliance and Reporting, where I was in charge of the operation and delivery of payroll for external clients from Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Guatemala and In the last 4 months I was in charge of different internal requests, such as the logistics of events for the Human Talent of the Firm, inclusion of external clients to the firm as suppliers for the area of Social Responsibility and for the EY Law area in Inclusions of clients for General Counsel and Notary.
I performed the position of Auditor of processes of accounts payable in Intel Components, through Outsourcing Manpower of Costa Rica. The position was based on the review, establishment of controls, simplification and continuous improvement of the Company's processes, as well as capitalization, activation and assignment of new assets, at the system level.
I have developed positions at the banking level (platform and cashier), as well as responsible for accounts payable, as well as profiles of executive and sales assistant. In general banking procedures, accounting records, bank reconciliations and monthly closings. In addition, I worked in supply and management that this process involves as cashiers of boxes, making checks, transfers and control of cash flows.
In my work experience I have achieved; excellence in customer service, sales, teamwork, sense of responsibility and confidentiality, improvements and implementation of new techniques in processes, as well as the availability to travel outside the GAM and the Country.
