I have worked in call center for about 10 years and I was working independently for some time. Now I want to star working in a company that can offer me estability. 

• Sykes,  as a customer service representative, from 2009 to 2013, taking calls, reviewing transaccions, creating travel notifications and identifying fraud on our customers accounts.
• Fujitsu, as a Service desk representative, from 2013 to 2015, Taking calls, creating tickets, reseting passwords and performing troubleshooting, remote access.
• Align Technology, as an IT support representative, from 2016 to 2018, Taking calls, creating tickets, diagnosing and performing troubleshooting to computer and scanners, also requesting parts to be sent to our customers.
• Teleperformance, as a customer service rep, taking calls providing troubleshooting to modems and phones, requesting replacements to be sent to our customers.

• High school degree in Liceo el Roble, from 2002 to 2007. (approved)
• INA - Advanced english, from 2008 - 2009 (approved)
