My relevant academic background includes my Human Resources Administration program at Universidad Estatal a Distancia, which is anticipated to end in December 2025. Which, in addition to my extensive HR work experience, has helped me acquired a solid foundation of knowledge in numerous areas of human resource management.

In addition to my formal education, I am a committed self-learner. I actively pursue knowledge and abilities in numerous fields through research, online courses, and professional collaboration. This perspective of continuous learning keeps me abreast of industry trends and enables me to implement innovative approaches in my work.
