Responsible for 

• Data management: provide a data management service to all end users within America and Europe by creating and maintaining a variety of data records in SAP, ensure all master data requests (creation and maintenance) are processed within predefined timelines, formats and procedures, certify that all internal queries/issues relating to master data are resolved, ensure that all master documents are accurate and up-to-date, customer creation (DPL check, Sold-to, Ship-to, Bill-to, Territories, 1 time Patient Sales, Freight forwarders, Banks), material creation, customer Material Info Records, Material Determination (used for EDI (Electronic Data Interface) by maintaining a link between Allergan material and special code that allows customer to order electronically), Pricing, VAT, sales realignment.
