Responsible for managing employee’s leave of absence
services and related benefits under Canada labor law in
customer service role.
Internal communications with employees, managers, local HR
sites, HR business partners, accommodation services,
insurance and benefits companies, and legal stakeholders.
Attendance management within company compliance,
including approval and denials of pregnancy, medical,
personal and legislative leave of absence and their related
benefits or termination processes.
Pay benefits issues investigation and resolution with Payroll
teams in on and off cycle payments.

Data analysis and report to business leaders and HR
Managers for decision making process.
Point of contact, training developer for new hires in the role,
