I have worked as a Resolution Supervisor in Collections where our main goal was to provide a resolution to any issue that comes out. 

Risk Analyst at Citi Bank, which is the person in charge of all the due diligence about any person or company willing to open a bank account. 

Debt Collector at Client Services Inc, we had to collect debts already placed in collections encouraging the customer to make the payments and be out of the collections agency, providing benefits and making sure we collected as much as we could. 

Collections Analyst at Cloud Services Group, in charge of AR accounts, sending invoices to customers and following up for payments. Also as a collector you have to work with departments such as, Sales, Order Management and Credit Department to resolve issues affecting the payment to come through as per due date. Reporting to management every month about the incoming payments, issues, and any feedback to improve the internal processes. 

I studied English Teaching for 2 year at Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, which has helped me with position I have been given as a trainer for 2 companies, also I have intermediate excel.
