Train new Clinical Team Members in the specific knowledge and technical skills they require to perform their duties.

Provide daily performance reports on trainee progress during the training period (quality and productivity).

Help new team members of the clinical team throughout the learning curve of their job as needed.

Work alongside Team Captains to improve the skills and techniques of clinical staff as needed.

Implement new company updates or modify procedures as needed. Help to update SOPs, MPIs as needed according with the changes in processes. 

Update and create training material based on company´s SOPs and MPIs

As a Clinical Trainer, I oversee the training of clinical staff in all activities related to quality inspection, case categorization, and any other tasks related to the quality department and setup operation to help develop and improve clinical skills and knowledge not only with General Practitioners but also with Setup Technicians.

Provide individualize coaching and create PIP (personal improvement plan) when needed.
