• Direct customer service, taking and confirming orders, selling products.
• I worked as a cashier, which generated an interesting challenge, since we had to take orders in a short time without losing the company's customer service vision. My good work led me to work in two restaurants, each with different hours.

• During the 9 years I worked in this company, I acquired experience in creating quotes and billing, monitoring cargo according to different statuses, reading important import and export documentation, creating tracking numbers, and updating cargo information in different external pages, according to daily reports.
• I was able to develop knowledge in KPI's, quality and productivity, this allowed me to have a more conscious vision of the work, in addition, to give priority and importance to the service as seen by the client, this knowledge also helped me to seek the customer satisfaction and having empathy for needs.
