• Preparation of detailed reports on the organization's operations to the President of the

• Administrative assistant to the global head of HR and his first authority delegate, composed
of five managers in different locations worldwide.
• Responsible for management of the department's global agenda, ensuring the
corresponding deadlines for meetings in different time zones around the world.
• Responsible for the planning and coordination of complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of monthly expenses for the global head of HR (ERP: Concur).
• Coordination and logistical support for meetings/events inside and outside the company -
Management of special purchases with corporate purchasing card (PCard).
• Proactive involvement as a team member, including any special projects requested by the CEO or senior manager.

• Developed and reviewed the Foundation's policies together with the heads of the Legal,Quality, and Human Resources departments.

❖ Internal Operation and Finance Auditor, Thermo Fisher Scientific
March 2020, April 2022
• Developed the comprehensive planning process of the annual internal audit calendar for theAccounts Payable department of the financial services center in Costa Rica, which provided support to the USA.
• Worked with the different account leaders to obtain relevant information about the
division's processes and the respective analysis of their procedures.
• Implemented and facilitated arisk matrix in the assigned department (Accounts Payable)
which contributed to show gaps in the processes and help determined the actions needed to minimize the risk and the necessary action plan.
