Collections specialist (April 2022 – Jun 2024) Two years of experience in the collections area working for three different accounts related with credit information and vehicles collection. Development of communication skills and extensive experience dealing with customers handling complex situations. Trained to be a very good negotiant guaranteeing compliance with the company’s objectives. 

Customer service rep (Aug 2021 – April 2022) Experience in customer service and, providing assistance and technical support to customers, taking payments, and sending all the information they need. Trained to use my soft skills to ensure the best customer’s experience. 

• Support Services Group Customer service rep (May 2021 – Aug 2021) Experience in retentions and customer service, trained to deal with clients who wish to cancel services with the company. Trained to use negotiation methods to offer the client a new vision of the service. Provide customer service and technical support in different situations related to the service provided. 

• Costa Rica’s Call Center Customer service rep (Jan 2021– May 2021) As a customer service representative my role was to provide assistance to customers. I was trained to deal with different situations in different environments. Every day interacted with customers over the phone, my main goal was to listen carefully answer their questions and using my soft skills to be able to provide the best solution for the problem.
