Manager, LDT Process Improvement Project Manager

We are looking for a LDT Process Improvement Project Manager, whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Works with Transformation Services, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities;
-
Works with Ops leads, Vertical Leads and customers to design, implement and drive Value Generating [VG] roadmaps and/or Transformation Roadmaps (Digital and Analytics Included);
-
Designing, planning and driving the value generating roadmaps on the aligned accounts;
-
Driving change management within Operations and customer organization;
-
Supporting the MBB with driving the agreed governance with Operations and customers;
-
Fulfilling the requirements and achieving BB Certification within 18-30 months;
-
Take over increased responsibilities within the described activities above;
-
Complete any other job-related tasks assigned by the Quality function management;
-
Building strategic relationship skills experience with peers from TS, Consulting, Solutions, Transitions, operations and with operating leaders to facilitate goals and objectives;

Clarifying the roles and appoints responsibilities of each member of the team
-
Challenging the team to develop as leader
-
Track project lifecycle compliance
-
Ensure every project milestone (initiate, plan, execute, control and go live)
-
Ensure project management best practices
-
Accomplish project management KPIs
-
Ensure project delivery commitments
-
Coordinate project audit stages, request access for developers and showcase solutions in compliance councils
-
Ensure projects are on track

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree
-
Relevant work experience (5 + years)
-
Proven project management experience with ability to handle multiple tasks
-
Proven people management skills
-
Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies
-
Green Belt certification
-
PMI certification
-
Agile methodology experience

Preferred qualifications

_ _
-
Previous experience in a multinational company would be an advantage;
-
Proficiency in project management and statistical analysis systems like MS Projects, Minitab etc., would be a plus;

Prior significant exposure to top management interactions both internally and externally
-
Change Management
-
Preferred Digital Knowledge
-
Black Belt/ Lean/ any other Quality Certification would be a plus
