Encora is currently looking for a Senior QA Automation allocated in Latam

Requirements:

- +5 years of experience in similar positions

Knowledge or experience establishing QA best practices (for test case development, smoke testing, functional testing, and regression testing) at a startup or small company.
Automation experience also using common test automation tools like Katalon Studio, Selenium, etc.
Experience with agile and Jira are essential.
Experience leading teams
